The role of a PCN Pharmacy Technician at East Croydon Medical Centre involves supporting clinical pharmacists and the broader multi-disciplinary team in ensuring the effective use of medicines. Pharmacy technicians will perform clinical tasks such as patient consultations for medication optimisation, conducting medicines reconciliation, and supporting initiatives like antimicrobial stewardship.
