In this senior role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, promoting effective and safe prescribing practices while providing essential training and support to staff. You'll be instrumental in monitoring our Medicines Management processes and contributing to clinical governance, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible outcomes. If you have a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy, along with leadership experience within a clinical setting, we want to hear from you!
