We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Registered Healthcare Practitioner with excellent leadership, communication and clinical practice skills.

This role will be pivotal to the growth of our education provision in line with our new workforce, digital and clinical strategies.
You will need a flexible approach to working across the trust and have the desire to work alongside our learners and respond to the wider learning needs of registrants.
They will be accountable for the development of education programmes to support the implementation of:o Professional education and a practice development culture.o Delivery of high standards of care and evidence-based practice through education, training and development.o Support the development of continuing professional development and lifelong learning for all staff including the support workforce.o Ensure robust transition and induction programmes are in place to support new starters to the organisation
