We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individuals to join a successful Integrated NHS Foundation Trust. Our service portfolio includes mental health, intellectual disability and specialist mental health services, community physical health, prison health and our low, medium, and high secure hospitals including Rampton Hospital. The Trust is also involved in a number of collaborations in research and innovation with the Institute of Mental Health, the University of Nottingham, and other partners.

Our services are provided by more than 9,500 staff in hospitals, community settings and patients' own homes, predominantly in Nottinghamshire but services are also provided in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Leicestershire.

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic individuals to lead the Forensic Care Groups as Care Group Director within Nottinghamshire Healthcare initially supporting and working directly with our Chief Operating Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be expected to embrace the changes in the delivery of healthcare and to champion leading in line with our values, always demonstrating compassionate and inclusive leadership.

To be successful in this role you will need experience of delivery of high quality and safe clinical services. The role will be accountable for the coordination and delivery of operational services within the Care Group.

You must have successfully led large multi-disciplinary teams and have significant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships either within NHS organisations, local government, community, and voluntary sector or the private sector.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidates will have integrity and enthusiasm and be committed to championing our values, while always demonstrating inclusive leadership. You will be actively involved in shaping the future direction of the Trust, helping us embrace emerging ways of working and driving our commitment to delivering high quality care.
