Band 6: £37,338 to £44,962 a year pro rata  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our Oncology and Haematology Helpline team, at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual with significant nursing experience in Oncology and/or Haematology and the delivery of systemic anti-cancer treatments. This role will also involve rotation onto the inpatient unit and chemotherapy day case units.

You will have a kind, caring and compassionate manner towards patients and their families, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure we deliver outstanding compassionate care, in line with the Trust's vision.

About us

You must have significant experience in caring for patients with cancer, be competent in cannulation, venepuncture, care of central venous access devices and administration of IV medications, and must be accredited in the administration of cytotoxic medications.
