We have a substantive service coordinator vacancy, 30 hours a week, in our integrated Heart Failure service
The role is to provide and coordinate administration support and service coordination for the heart failure specialist nurse team, based at Newcourt House, Exeter.
Our team provide specialist care for heart failure patients during an acute admission, and in the community. We are passionate about the care we provide to our patients and carers and also in supporting each other.

The heart failure service is delivered by a team of specialist nurses and a small admin team.
We have a vacancy for the essential role of service coordinator for our service.
We are looking for a confident, calm, dynamic person for this post whose primary role is ensuring the efficient and effective running of the service. This is a hugely rewarding job in a welcoming, forward-thinking team.
