Your leadership will ensure that high standards of care are consistently delivered across designated localities, maintaining service continuity and compliance with clinical governance and CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership and management support to frontline teams.
Oversee OOH service bases, addressing operational issues proactively.
Manage staffing levels and support the recruitment, training, and development of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships.
Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying gaps and implementing best practices.
Monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct quality audits.
Ensure services are effectively resourced, responsive, and aligned with organisational values and strategic objectives.
Maintain financial oversight to ensure budget compliance while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness.
