The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is offering fixed-term trainee positions for "Trainee - Advanced Practitioner Ultrasound" in Stoke-on-Trent, specifically in Postgraduate Certificates in Obstetrics & Gynaecology Ultrasound and General & Gynaecology Ultrasound. Candidates will initially be employed at band 5 and will have the opportunity to transition into substantive Advanced Practitioner roles after completing academic and clinical training along with a preceptorship.

The role requires commitment to a rigorous training program, including working in a fast-paced environment across various hospital and community sites on a seven-day roster. Applicants should possess a relevant degree, evidence of related registration, and experience as a sonographer, along with excellent communication skills and a full UK driving license.
