Eden Park Surgery in Beckenham is looking to appoint a Receptionist to join a busy practice.
We have an extremley forward thinking team, and we are looking for like minded individuals to apply for this post to contibute to our team ethos.
We run total triage model using AccuRx which has been very successful since its launch in July.
There is scope for the reception team to become more involved in this model as we incrementally improve our processes in order to efficiently navigate patients to access the support they require.
About us
Duties included but are not limited to:
- Usitilsation of EMIS Clinical system
- Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately
- Signpost patients to the correct service
- Initiating contact with and responding to, requests from patients, team members and external agencies
- Code data on the clinical IT system
- Photocopy documentation as required
- Data entry of new and temporary registrations and relevant patient information as required
- Input data into patients healthcare records as necessary

- Carry out system searches as requested
- lMaintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times
