The Junior Sister (Band 6) role at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting and deputizing for the Ward Sister, ensuring excellent nursing care and effective management of the busy Belgrave Ward, which specializes in general cardiology. The position requires day-to-day management and coordination of the 24-bedded ward, providing leadership to the nursing team, fostering education and training opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service and clinical management.
