The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Audit & Quality Improvement Facilitator to join their Quality Assurance team in Sutton. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the organisation and its clinicians in a variety of clinical audit activities and quality improvement projects, encompassing both mandatory national audits and locally determined initiatives. The facilitator will be tasked with ensuring compliance with national guidelines, facilitating audit plans for specific divisions, and maintaining accurate records of audit activities to manage the audit process effectively.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of clinical audit principles and quality governance within the NHS, along with strong verbal and written communication skills to analyze and present complex data clearly. The role requires collaboration with clinicians and healthcare staff across the Trust, emphasizing a team-oriented approach. Key activities include developing clinical audit forward plans aligned with Trust priorities, engaging in multidisciplinary audit program development, and promoting patient and carer participation in audit initiatives.
