Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist (Adult) to join their acute wards, including ITU and burns ITU. The ideal candidate will possess specialist clinical skills and experience in videofluoroscopy and tracheostomy, although training will be provided as necessary. This full-time role involves managing a complex caseload autonomously while delivering specialist Speech and Language Therapy services to adult inpatients.

The post holder will engage in team activities, participate in training sessions for staff, patients, and carers, and support junior staff and therapy assistants. Additionally, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies is essential for effective care planning and delivery.
