The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while providing professional support to patients and their families throughout their care journey. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Trust policies is essential in this position, which aims to enhance the overall experience for patients within the Division of Surgery.
A vacancy has become available within the Orthotics Department.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our team.
The successful person will need experience in patient centred/customer service environment and demonstrable administration skills.
The position is 30 hours per week.

The purpose of this post is to provide a comprehensive administrative service within the Division of Surgery. The post holder's main duties will include planning, organising, directing and coordinating the work of the department.The Pathway Co-Coordinator will be expected to work with the minimum of supervision. They will be able to demonstrate flexibility and use own initiative to carry out duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation, thus enabling the Consultant and his/her team to utilise their time in an efficient and effective manner. The post holder will provide a confident professional service to all patients and their parents, whilst supporting them throughout their pathway of care. It is vital that confidentiality be maintained at all times. The post holder must adhere to Trust Policies and Procedures at all times.
