As a newly qualified GP, you will deliver a range of general medical services, ensuring safe and effective care for both registered and temporary patients. GPS Healthcare operates across six sites in Solihull, serving over 40,400 patients and holding a CQC "Good" rating. The practice is committed to professional development and maintains close connections with Birmingham and Solihull ICB & LMC, making it an ideal place for emerging GPs to grow their skills.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified GP under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). This is a fixed-term position, initially running until the end of March, offering you a fantastic development opportunity in a supportive environment. We are keen to help you further develop your clinical expertise as you transition into practice as a GP. If you are interested in this role, we are flexible with the number of sessions we offer to suit your needs.

The post holder will provide a range of general medical services to support in a primary care setting, in line with the GPS Healthcare values of providing safe and effective care for all registered and temporary patients.
You will be supported in this role by:
- Having a reduced clinical rota
- Reduced clinical administration generated by your own clinical work
- Being supported from the GP PSU Team in the development of your role
- Having access to the education programme run by GPS Healthcare
- Having flexibility in how your sessions work
