The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking Bank Occupational Therapists to join their team, working at both The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital in Telford. The role involves providing care across a range of specialty areas, including Stroke, Frailty, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Care of the Elderly, Short Stay, Respiratory, Orthopaedics, and Surgery (including amputee care).
Occupational Therapists will be expected to assess, diagnose, and manage their own caseload of complex patients autonomously, adhering to the Professional Code of Conduct and Health and Care Professions Council Regulations.

We are looking to welcome Occupational Therapists to join our team of Bank staff to work across both The Royal Shrewsbury Hosital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford to include the following specialty areas: Stroke (hyper acute and acute rehabilitation), Frailty at the front door (ED and AMU), Cardiology, Endocrinology, Care of the Elderly, Short stay, Respiratory, Orthopaedics and Surgery including amputees.
To assess, diagnose/interpret and manage own caseload of complex patients as an autonomous practitioner in accordance with Professional Code of Conduct and Health and Care Professions Council Regulations.
