Marie Curie is seeking a Clinical Educator for its Cardiff and the Vale Hospice, as well as Community settings, to enhance clinical standards and foster a culture of excellence in palliative care. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring compliance with core and mandatory training, mentoring new staff, and promoting continuous learning among multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will possess significant nursing experience, particularly in a community environment, and have a strong background in healthcare education and mentoring.

The role is part-time, with a salary aligned with Marie Curie's Clinical Pay Scale Band 6, and offers various benefits including annual leave, hybrid working options, and opportunities for professional development.
