The Community Inclusion Delivery Manager at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool will lead the Community Inclusion Team, which focuses on enhancing the well-being and inclusion of under-represented communities. The manager will be responsible for operational oversight, ensuring adherence to service specifications, meeting key performance indicators, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role includes collaboration with various stakeholders such as Liverpool City Council and Public Health to reduce health inequalities while promoting diversity and equality within the community.

Key responsibilities include providing effective leadership, managing service delivery and quality assurance, preparing performance reports, and developing innovative intervention strategies. The manager will also oversee team human resource activities and monitor incidents to ensure safe and effective service practices. This position requires a proactive approach to improve healthcare access for underserved communities and support continuous service development, with the office base located at Abercromby Health Centre in Liverpool.
