The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Cancer Pathway Manager for the Colorectal Department, focusing on the Lower GI cancer pathway. The role is essential for ensuring timely patient treatment and requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills to liaise with patients and various clinical and administrative teams. Key responsibilities include managing patient care pathways, coordinating timely diagnostics and treatments, maintaining an up-to-date database for tracking patient progress, and implementing strategies for pathway improvements in alignment with national cancer targets.

The successful candidate will need to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in patient management, including providing updates to patients about their appointments and supporting the coordination of care throughout their hospital journey.
