West Leeds Family Practice is seeking a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of its established GP training practice, which serves a growing patient list of 20,000 across three sites in West Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement, and achieving key performance targets, while promoting a patient-centric approach. This role requires strong management and leadership skills, experience in a GP practice setting, and a high level of proficiency in IT and communication.

In this hands-on position, the Practice Manager will work closely with GP Partners, manage non-clinical staff, ensure compliance with NHS standards and CQC regulations, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
