Cumbria Health is looking for a Rota Coordinator to join their team in Carlisle on a part-time basis (25-30 hours/week, Monday to Friday). The role involves managing staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage for clinical and non-clinical staff, responding to last-minute changes, and facilitating communication between teams. Strong organisational and coordination skills are essential, as the coordinator will support daily rota functions, fill shifts, and collaborate with various departments.
