The Clinical Lead Adult Community Mental Health role in Newtown with Powys Teaching Health Board involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team in delivering a high-quality nursing service to patients with complex needs in the community. Key responsibilities include case management, prescribing, providing team supervision, collaborating with partner agencies, conducting and leading multidisciplinary team meetings, and ensuring compliance with national and local policies and standards. The role also includes recruitment and staff management, monitoring practice standards, training needs assessment, and participating in research and development initiatives. The position requires strong leadership in managing patient care, operational processes, and data analysis to support service improvement. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, and both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged to apply.
