Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Patient Engagement Lead for their healthcare operations at HMP Garth, a Category B prison in Leyland, starting April 2025. The role involves enhancing patient engagement activities and satisfaction among approximately 1,500 male inmates with diverse health needs. Key responsibilities include managing patient engagement inquiries, overseeing the health champion peer support model, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements regarding patient engagement.
