Montpelier Health Centre in Bristol is seeking a Paramedic Practitioner to join their expanding team dedicated to providing exceptional care to a diverse inner-city population. The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician who can conduct clinical assessments, manage patient care, and support continuous service improvement within the practice and across partnerships. This role emphasises collaborative teamwork and a holistic approach to patient management, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of health issues.

As an autonomous health professional, the Paramedic Practitioner will triage patients, provide treatment, and make referrals as necessary. Responsibilities also include performing health checks, interpreting ECGs, collecting specimens, and promoting self-management among patients. The practitioner will play a vital role in community care, leading certain services and ensuring effective communication within the multi-disciplinary team while maintaining high standards of documentation and adhering to regulatory guidelines. Continuous professional development is encouraged to enhance personal and organisational effectiveness in delivering patient-centered services.
