The Education Programme Officer works with the Education Programme Manager in the relevant local office to support the operational delivery of dental education programmes and teams including national recruitment, programme management, finance, and project management and to implement successful delivery of assessments, rotations, OOP, IDT, LTFT throughout a trainee's journey. They will apply locally defined processes whilst following the national policy and process.
The post holder will develop and maintain constructive working relationships with a number of key internal and external stakeholders. This role will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Education Programme Team. This will include, for example, diary management, correspondence, meeting bookings, team event management, minute taking, analysing data and collating reports, information management to support the day-to-day running of the Dental Schools.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. In addition, they must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task a variety of demands on their time.
