Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is looking for a Senior People Officer to join their Corporate services team in Mold. This role involves providing HR advice to clinical and non-clinical managers while supporting them with complex employee relations (ER) issues such as sickness management, disciplinary actions, and performance conflicts. The Senior People Officer will travel across North Wales for meetings, attend formal hearings, and co-deliver training on HR topics. Candidates should have substantial HR experience and be CIPD Level 5 qualified. Welsh language skills are desirable but not required. The role focuses on improving HR processes and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
