The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking an Outpatients Supervisor for its Stoke site. This role involves managing incoming calls to the Appointments Call Centre and scheduling outpatient appointments in line with NHS national targets. Ideal candidates should possess strong team-building skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to use their initiative as needed.
Additionally, the supervisor will support the Cancer Bureau Team to ensure compliance with national guidelines regarding cancer treatment targets. This position offers a dynamic work environment within the Outpatient Directorate, vital for maintaining efficient patient appointment processes.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Supervisor in outpatients to be based within the Outpatient Directorate at our Stoke site.
This is a varied role involving supporting with any incoming calls to the Appointments Call Centre and booking outpatient appointments for patients in accordance with NHS national targets. Team building skills are imperative, as is the need to be self motivated with the ability to use your own initiative as and when necessary.
This role also involves supporting with the Cancer Bureau Team so the targets are met within the national guidelines
