Kennet and Avon Medical Partnership in Marlborough is seeking a Salaried GP to join their well-organized and supportive team. The practice values flexibility regarding session numbers and working patterns, aiming to keep workloads manageable. GPs will benefit from a competitive salary, indemnity fee reimbursement, six weeks of annual leave plus one week of study leave (pro rata), and ongoing mentorship from partners. The role offers opportunities to engage with additional services, such as providing care to a local boarding school or working with an inpatient eating disorder unit.

Kennet and Avon Medical Partnership is looking for a Salaried GP and we are happy to be flexible regarding the number and timing of sessions and working patterns for the right candidate.

Keeping our workload manageable is important to us. Duty sessions are well supported by an excellent team of Nurse Practitioners and Paramedics, who undertake the majority of home visits. Workload is protected with pathology results and post all dealt with on your days off. Our very capable non-clinical team support GPs with the growing admin burden of processing letters, etc.
