The London Clinic is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Cancer Services to join their Pharmacy Team at the Duchess of Devonshire Wing in London. This full-time, permanent position (Band 7 equivalent) involves providing a comprehensive, patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to oncology and haematology wards, leading initiatives to enhance patient experience, and ensuring the proper management of chemotherapy products. Key responsibilities include delivering medicines information, promoting optimal use of medications, and participating in an on-call pharmacy service as required.

Candidates must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK), possess a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification, and have experience in a UK hospital pharmacy, particularly in clinical oncology and aseptic services. The ideal applicant will be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills to effectively support patients and healthcare professionals.
