The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is looking for a dedicated and motivated Radiology Validation Officer to join their Administrative and Clerical team at Nevill Hall Hospital in Abergavenny. This fixed-term position involves maintaining and validating Radiology information systems as part of the transition to a new system, ensuring a positive experience for service users. The officer will focus on validating waiting lists, supporting the achievement of organisational objectives, and enhancing data accuracy related to patient treatment timelines. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including clinical and managerial personnel, will be essential.

Key responsibilities include the administrative validation of patient waiting lists, running reports for quality assurance, and assisting with data collection to support the transition to the new Radiology information system. Applicants are encouraged to be fluent in Welsh, though proficiency in English is also welcome. Prior permission from a current line manager is required for those wishing to apply for this secondment role.
