24-HOUR EMPATHY MENTAL HEALTH NHS ROLE MODEL
The Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager at Endeavour House in Birmingham will support the Ward Manager by providing clinical leadership and acting as a role model for the inpatient team. This role involves deputizing in the manager’s absence and delivering evidence-based nursing care to service users with mental health needs, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team. The position requires Registered Mental Health Nurses who can thrive in a dynamic, recovery-focused environment and possess effective leadership, staff supervision, and robust communication skills. Candidates should also demonstrate clinical competence in accordance with the Mental Health Act and relevant policies.
