Band 6: £37,338 to £44,962 a year per annum, pro rata  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

You will need to demonstrate a range of skills including the following.

To assist the manager in the provision of clinical leadership and to be a clinical role model to the 24-hour inpatient team. To act on behalf of and deputise as directed by the manager in their absence and provide quality evidence-based nursing advice support and care for service users with mental health needs and their carers within a multidisciplinary setting.

Working in conjunction with Matron to set, maintain and audit clinical standards in adherence to local and national priorities. We are looking to appoint two Deputy Ward on Eden Acute.

Applicants must be Registered Mental Health Nurses able to work in a challenging, dynamic and recovery focused environment.

You will need to demonstrate a range of skills including the following

Effective leadership

Staff supervision and appraisals,

Rota management ,

Effective communication, integrity, empathy, self-awareness, compassion and critical self-reflection

Clinical skills which reflect your understanding of the Mental Health Act and the frameworks, policies and procedures governing our service.
