maintenance administration team. We are looking for an excellent administrator who can support the fleet team for the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS).
To apply, it is essential that you are educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths) and can demonstrate experience of providing administrative support. You will be competent in using the full Microsoft Office package and have excellent keyboard skills with the ability to touch type being advantageous. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have outstanding organisational skills, can work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks appropriately.
Successful candidates will be invited to a face to face interview being held at the North West Ambulance Service's Cumbria site in Distington.
The interviews are to take place week commencing 25th November.
The successful candidate will be required to attend an intensive 2-week job training package. This will be held at the North West Ambulance Services Lancashire site in Preston. Accommodation, Breakfast and evening meal will be provided throughout the training period. The schedule of training will be as below.
Week 1. Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00
Week 2. Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00
After completing the training, the successful candidate will be based at the Cumbria Fleet workshops
