The Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a Band 2 Care Support Assistant or Band 3 Healthcare Assistant for the Heligan or Harold White Ward at St Austell Community Hospital. Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to patient care and team collaboration, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards in a supportive environment. The role requires a positive attitude and encompasses various tasks, including assisting patients with personal care, meal preparation, and engaging in social interaction. Additional responsibilities include supporting housekeeping duties, managing stock, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

Working hours for the position involve a mix of long days and night shifts to provide 24-hour nursing care. Successful applicants will attend an Assessment Centre on 21st March 2025 to further assess their suitability for the role.
