The role involves conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on various building services and equipment, such as heating and air conditioning systems, as well as catering and decontamination equipment. Applicants are required to have a background as a mechanical fitter or plumber, relevant qualifications, and substantial experience in the maintenance or service industries. The position necessitates participation in an on-call rota, requiring candidates to reside within 15 miles of the hospital.
