We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to work with a team of Pharmacists to help lead the clinical and preparative services pharmacy nutrition service, alongside the Lead Nutrition Pharmacist and Lead Pharmacist for production services. This role will provide ample opportunities for development, including project work such as service development and audit.
We welcome applicants from Pharmacists who are looking for a new opportunity to become a Specialist Pharmacist and a valued member of the pharmacy and nutrition team.
o To provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to ward(s) within specialist area and the Trust Nutrition team.o To deliver designated performance objectives specific to the allocated rotation area(s).
