Job Summary: Community Mental Health Nurse (B5 to B6 Development Role)
East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking newly qualified Mental Health Nurses with at least six months of post-qualification experience interested in community mental health nursing. Selected candidates will join a 12-month Band 5 Development Programme aimed at enhancing competencies and preparing for a Band 6 role.
Successful applicants will work within multi-disciplinary recovery-based mental health services, providing high-quality care to individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues in a dynamic crisis pathway environment. The role emphasizes positive risk-taking, recovery models, and facilitating transitions from inpatient care to independent living.
