This exciting opportunity is to join an experienced specialist team with the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ME/CFS Adult Service. The team provide life-span clinical services and work to NICE Guidance NG206 standards and recognises the long-term and systemic impacts of the condition.

JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the provision of a high-quality specialist clinical health psychology service to the Adult ME/CFS service within Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.
To contribute to new developments within ME/CFS Services in conjunction with key stakeholders.
To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service line.
To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and clinically relevant research.
To supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by less experienced psychologists, doctoral trainee psychologists, assistant practitioners, and other health professionals.
