The role of Psychological Workforce Development Lead: Practitioner Psychologist at 455 North London NHS Foundation Trust involves leading workforce development initiatives within the newly established Training and Education department in Corporate Psychology. The successful candidate will focus on key areas such as recruitment, retention, and staff engagement, while also supporting the development of the Trust's Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and training programs. They will work to implement the organisation's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy, with specific emphasis on the ASPIRE program aimed at improving access for aspiring psychologists facing systemic barriers.

In this strategic leadership position, the candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external organisations, including NHS England and higher education institutions in the North Thames region. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as the candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously while shaping the training and CPD initiatives for psychological professionals across the Trust.
