The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a BANK Patient Environmental Action Team (PEAT) Member to join their team in Oswestry. This Band 2 position involves performing deep cleaning duties across various wards and departments to ensure a hygienic and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The role requires an ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a reactive service setting, responding to cleanliness needs as they arise, and carrying an emergency pager for immediate response.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for regular cleaning of air conditioning vents and grills, prioritizing workload for essential patient equipment, and maintaining communication with staff and clients at various levels. Flexibility to cover staff sickness and holidays, including work on weekends and nights, is essential. The role does not guarantee a contract of employment, as it is part of the Trust's temporary worker bank, allowing individuals to choose assignments based on availability.
