We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team at HMP Lancaster Farms, a Category C male resettlement prison located on the outskirts of Lancaster
This is a fantastic, brand new opportunity to work closely with both the Admin function, as well as the Head of Healthcare, managing the site's performance and compliance, with a strong focus on all things data! This role offers excellent career development opportunities, with lots of support!Hours:
This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week. Shifts are between Monday and Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 - we can be flexible on the days worked and shift times, but you must be able to work on Mondays.
Salary:
This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary of £37,663
per annum (pro rata).

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks
As our new Business Admin Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Head of Healthcare, you will be responsible for data and reporting for the healthcare team, using SystmOne and Excel
- Being responsible for all data and reporting, including creating reports and investigate data anomalies
- Having line management responsibility
- Support with the recruitment and HR processes
- Work with the clinical team to improve the overall service
