The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Call Handler/Administrator for their Royal Primary Care team at the Ashgate site, with two positions available for both full-time and part-time roles. The ideal candidate will possess basic IT skills and a good level of qualification or equivalent experience, along with competency in Maths and English.

In this role, the Call Handler will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care primarily over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. Key duties include conducting GP-approved triage to ensure patients are directed to the appropriate clinician promptly and working collaboratively within a busy medical center in Derbyshire.
