The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced neonatal nurse to fill the role of Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse at the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) in St. Richard's Hospital, Chichester. This position entails taking charge of the ward in the absence of the ward sister, supporting her in supervising and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of care for neonates and their families. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, staff development, and ensure compliance with trust policies while working towards implementing Family Integrated Care.
