The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Practitioner to join their integrated team in Tiverton. The role involves managing a personal caseload that includes rehabilitation needs such as post-operative recovery, long-term condition management, and falls prevention. Applicants must have completed the Trainee Assistant Practitioner course, possess strong moving and handling skills, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. A driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits are necessary. The position offers both full-time and part-time options, with a typical working schedule primarily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as well as occasional late shifts and weekends.
