The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Paediatric Staff Nurse to join the Children's Intensive Care Unit at Staffordshire Children's Hospital in Royal Stoke. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior nursing staff to provide safe, high-quality, family-centered care to children and their families, following evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient care needs, participating in clinical audits, teaching and supervising team members and nursing students, and maintaining professional knowledge in accordance with NMC standards.

The role involves a mix of day and night shifts, as well as potential rotations to different clinical areas to meet service requirements and educational needs.
