The East London NHS Foundation Trust is looking for motivated and dynamic Band 5 Community Nurses to join their South Bedfordshire Primary Home Care Team in Dunstable. The role involves facilitating self-care for patients with long-term conditions, promoting health, and participating in innovative projects that enhance service delivery and staff well-being. Candidates will be involved in Urgent Response and Virtual Wards, with an emphasis on developing their community nursing skills. Both experienced and newly qualified nurses passionate about community care are encouraged to apply, though a driving license and vehicle access are required. The position offers flexible opportunities with shifts covering 7 days a week from 08:00 to 21:00.

We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and passionate Band 5 Community Nurses to work within our South Bedfordshire Primary Home Care Team, based in Dunstable, however, there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in facilitating self-care for patients with long-term conditions, health promotion and innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in Urgent Response and Virtual Wards, which is a focus of our teams.
