The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Bank Receptionists/Administrators to join their mental health teams across various locations in Gloucester and surrounding areas. This role involves being the first point of contact for patients, families, and professionals, requiring a professional, empathetic demeanor and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including managing inquiries, handling mail, utilizing a patient database, and assisting with room bookings. Previous reception experience is essential, and candidates must possess strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and an adaptable approach to working under pressure.

The position offers flexible bank hours, primarily within Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm service hours.
