Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking an experienced nurse to assume the role of Primary Care Clinical Team Lead at HMP Liverpool. This position involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team of clinicians responsible for managing both acute and long-term health conditions for adult male and young adult offenders within the prison, which has a current capacity of 860 and plans for expansion. The Clinical Team Lead will be instrumental in executing high-quality clinical services, supporting the Head of Healthcare, monitoring nursing performance against key performance indicators, ensuring adherence to Care Quality Commission standards, and collaborating with partners to advocate for the health needs of vulnerable populations.
