Band 5: £34,521 to £41,956 a year per annum inclusive of HCAS  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

We are pleased to be able to offer a full time Band 5 permanent post split between the Brent Adult Community SALT service and our rehabilitation wards based at the Willesden Centre for Health and Care. In our SLT team, we are committed to providing high standard patient-centred care with emphasis on continuing service development and with excellent links with our local acute SLT team, the Brent Dietetics Service and the rest of the Rehabilitation Multi-disciplinary team.

The post is split between our Rehabilitation wards (Robertson and Furness) and the Community in Brent.

The successful candidate will be working with in-patients on our Neurological and General Rehabilitation wards as well as with patients within the area of Brent, offering both domiciliary and outpatient care.
