The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Admin Support members for its Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service on a 12-month contract. This multidisciplinary team provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health to both MFT employees and external clients. The Admin Support will be fully integrated within the service, handling reception duties such as answering calls, greeting clients, and managing appointment bookings, while also assisting with general administration tasks, including managing the EHW email inbox and addressing various inquiries from internal and external customers.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to manage a range of administrative tasks efficiently.
