Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident Support Worker for their rehabilitation service, Cygnet Adarna House, located in Yorkshire and Humber. This full-time position, requiring 38.5 hours a week on a flexible rota, involves providing essential care and support to nine men with mental illness and autism spectrum disorder. The role focuses on enhancing individuals' well-being through holistic, person-centered approaches, assisting with both medical needs and fostering independence.
