The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
Working Arrangements
You will have a base at Henry Moore Clinic (which will also be used for the purposes of claiming mileage), but will be required to work flexibly across the PCN GP practices and premises and potentially across the Wakefield District.
As the role requires you to commute across the Wakefield District, applicants should hold a full driving licence, which is valid in the UK, and hold the relevant car insurance to cover travel for business purposes or have the ability to be mobile by using other modes of transport for which reasonable expenses will be payable.
Hours of work are 28 hours per week (part-time) to be worked flexibly between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Where you may be required to support clinical services outside of these hours, time off in lieu will be made available.
In accordance with the PCN/General Practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themself available to undertake a variety of duties to include:
